Please know that we are here to help you! Please contact us on the telephone or by email if we can be of service. We will not be scheduling office appointments for the time being but I do have the capability to meet with you via video as well. My goal is for you to be happy with every aspect of our service. Farmers has closed all of their service centers but has had their staff from these offices enabled to work from home for several days now. Their support has been very good which enables us to care for you pretty much as we always have. I would also like to remind you that Farmers has wonderful digital tools to enhance your ability to access your information directly if you would like. There is a mobile App and you can go to Farmers.com to create a My Farmers account if you haven’t already. Please remember however that your agent and staff are as close as a telephone call.
I have heard from several body shops and other repair vendors that they have diminished ability to accomplish repairs etc. If you have a vehicle going into the shop for repairs you might want to contact your shop to see if you need to reschedule.
Lastly, I will remain steadfast and positive, looking for ways to help others, and ways to turn lemons into lemonade!
